Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our B2B customer base for packaging and disposable products. The role involves field sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and maintaining long-term relationships with bulk buyers such as distributors, wholesalers, hotels, restaurants, caterers, supermarkets, and corporate clients.


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new B2B customers for packaging and disposable products

Conduct field visits to wholesalers, distributors, hotels, restaurants, caterers, and corporate clients

Generate leads, fix appointments, and convert prospects into customers

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets


Client Relationship Management


Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable packaging solutions

Handle price negotiations and close sales deals

Ensure timely follow-ups and order closures


Market & Product Knowledge


Stay updated on product pricing, specifications, and market trends

Collect competitor pricing and market intelligence

Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market demand


Coordination & Reporting


Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery

Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policy

Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and pipeline updates


Required Skills & Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory)

Proven experience in B2B field sales (packaging / disposable / FMCG / trading background preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills

Willingness to travel extensively for field sales

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM (if any)

Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused


Preferred Candidate Profile


Experience in selling disposable items, packaging materials, or wholesale products

Existing network of B2B buyers is an added advantage

Two-wheeler with valid driving license (if field-based)
