Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong customer relationships, driving sales, and contributing to the growth of our education platform. This is a target-driven role where you will primarily engage with potential customers, including students and parents, through telephonic communication to promote and sell our services.

Responsibilities:
•Engage with Prospects: Establish and maintain meaningful connections withpotential customers (students and parents) primarily via phone calls.
•Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with new clients whilemaintaining and nurturing connections with existing clients to ensure long-termcustomer retention.
•Achieve Sales Goals: Work in a target-driven environment, focusing on meeting andexceeding sales and revenue growth targets.
•Tele-calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, explaining ourofferings and persuading them to purchase our services.
•Meet Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly call volumes and salesgoals.
Requirements:
•Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
•Interest in Education: A strong understanding of and interest in the Indianeducation sector will be an added advantage.
•Sales Acumen: A genuine interest in sales, with the ability to guide and mentorstudents through the decision-making process.
•Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with theability to engage customers effectively.
•Target-Oriented: A results-driven mindset, with a strong focus on achievingsales targets and contributing to overall business growth.
