Business Development & Sales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executives to join our PhonePe team. The role involves promoting and selling PhonePe POS (Point of Sale) machines to merchants, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new merchants for PhonePe POS machines.

Demonstrate product features and explain benefits to customers.

Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.

Maintain good relationships with existing merchants for repeat business.

Handle merchant queries related to POS usage, transactions, and troubleshooting.

Submit daily reports on sales activities and market feedback.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduate

Strong communication skills in English & Malayalam (mandatory).

Two-wheeler with valid driving license is compulsory.

Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred (Fintech/Telecom/Payments sector). Freshers with passion for sales may also apply.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & current CTC).

Daily Travel Allowance: ₹250/day.
