Job Overview

As a Car Wash Service Partner with Hoora in Kochi, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality car and bike wash services to customers at their preferred locations. This role requires professionalism, punctuality, physical fitness, and a strong service-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities

 Perform professional car and bike washing services at customer locations.

 Maintain high standards of service quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

 Use company-provided tools and materials effectively and responsibly.

 Ensure punctuality and timely completion of assigned services.

 Communicate professionally with customers.

 Update service completion details through the company platform or app.

 Report customer feedback or operational issues to supervisors.

Eligibility Criteria

 Must own a two-wheeler (mandatory).

 Valid two-wheeler driving license is required.

 Physically fit to perform vehicle washing tasks.

 Comfortable using a smartphone for service updates.

 Willingness to learn and maintain service quality standards.

Working Hours

Typically 8–10 hours per day depending on booking volume and service requirements.
