Job Description:

Location: Vytilla, Kochi

Salary: ₹3.5–4.5 LPA + Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and friendly Student Counsellors who can guide students, understand what they want to study, and help them choose the right course. This is an inside sales role with good opportunities to grow in a sales career.

What You Will Do

• Explain courses, career options, and help students choose the right program.
• Talk to students over phone/video and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Understand each student’s needs and give correct guidance.
• Maintain student data and follow up on time.
• Meet monthly targets for conversions and revenue.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.

Skills Needed

• Good communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam.
• Ability to understand students and build trust.
• Goal-driven with strong convincing skills.

Experience

• 1–3 years in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales or Sales.
• Added advantage: Experience in student counseling or admissions.
