*Location:* Kochi, Kerala 

*Project:* High-Rise Apartment Development 

## Role Overview 

Our Client is seeking a dedicated *Civil Site Engineer* to oversee day-to-day site activities for our upcoming high-rise apartment project in Kochi. The engineer will be responsible for site supervision, ensuring quality and safety standards, and executing tasks as directed by the Project Manager.

## Key Responsibilities 

- Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities at the site. 

- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. 

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to maintain smooth workflow. 

- Report daily progress, challenges, and requirements to the Project Manager. 

- Assist in quality checks of materials and workmanship. 

- Ensure compliance with project timelines and resolve site-level issues promptly. 

- Maintain site records, including work logs, material usage, and inspection reports. 

- Follow instructions from the Project Manager and support in achieving project milestones. 

## Qualifications & Skills 

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. 

- 2–5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in high-rise residential projects. 

- Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and quality standards. 

- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and structural plans. 

- Good communication and coordination skills. 

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.
