Client Relation Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Client Relation Manager for our company. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, fixing appointments, coordinating product demos, visiting clients, taking orders, collecting payments, and handling customer relationships including complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

1, Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, references, field visits, and networking.

2, Fix appointments with potential clients and schedule product presentations or demos.

3, Encourage clients to visit the office/showroom for product demonstrations.

4, Conduct field visits to meet clients, explain products, and convert leads into orders.

5, Take orders from customers and ensure proper coordination with internal teams for delivery.

6, Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

7, Collect payments from clients as per company policy and follow up on outstanding dues.

8, Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned department for quick resolution.

9, Manage walk-in customers at the office and convert inquiries into business.

10, Maintain daily call reports, visit reports, and sales updates.

11, Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.

Required Skills:

Qualification:

Any Graduate / Diploma/12th pass

Experience in Business development / wholesale / B2B sales preferred/

Compensation:

Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
