Client Relationship Executive

Clockwell International LLP is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) who can effectively communicate with clients, maintain strong relationships, and support our sales and coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries received through WhatsApp messages in a professional and timely manner.

• Follow up with customers via WhatsApp and phone calls regarding services, queries, and conversions.

• Maintain proper communication and build long-term customer relationships.

• Provide accurate information about company services and guide customers through the process.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Malayalam / English / Hindi preferred).

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, calling, and customer handling.

• Ability to manage multiple customer conversations and follow-ups.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
