Job Description
- Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Support & Resolution: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations via phone, email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally.
- Customer Success: Understand client needs, provide appropriate solutions, and identify opportunities to enhance their experience.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software and prepare reports on customer interactions and satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, product) to ensure a seamless customer journey and deliver optimal service.
- Retention Initiatives: Support loyalty programs, customized campaigns, and retention strategies
