Counter Sales Executive

We are hiring Counter Staff for ice cream outlets across multiple cities. The role focuses on customer service, counter sales, billing, product handling, and maintaining outlet hygiene and display standards.

Work Locations:

Across Kerala and Tamil Nadu — Trivandrum,Kottayam, Kochi, Kozhikkode, Coimbatore, Chennai

Shift Details:

• Rotational shifts
• 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with product selection
• Take orders and serve ice cream, desserts, and related products
• Handle billing through POS system and collect payments (cash / UPI / card)
• Maintain cleanliness of counter, freezer, and serving area
• Ensure proper storage and careful handling of ice cream products
• Refill stock and monitor product availability
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards
• Support store operations and promotional activities
• Handle customer queries and resolve minor complaints politely

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two or above
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and evening shifts
• Physically fit to work at the counter for long hours
• Neat grooming and positive attitude

Preferred:

• Experience in ice cream outlets,bakery, café, or retail counter sales
• Basic Computer Skills and cash handling experience
• Fresher's can apply
