Credit Advisor

As a Credit Advisor - Customer Relations, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through their credit challenges. Leveraging our 100% inbound leads, your primary responsibility will be to understand clients’ issues, educate them about our solutions, and onboard them to our services with clarity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle consultation calls with inbound leads, understanding their credit-related concerns.
• Educate clients about our services, including credit remark rectification, debt settlement, and credit score improvement.

Build trust and rapport with clients through professional and polite communication.

• Provide clear explanations about how we will resolve their issues, ensuring they feel

confident in choosing our services.

• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless onboarding and a positive client

experience.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up when necessary.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand client concerns and provide clear, empathetic solutions.
• Professional and polite demeanor, with a client-first approach.
• Basic knowledge of credit management or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Previous experience in customer relations, credit advising, or financial services is a plus
