Job Description

  • Welcome and communicate with customers politely over phone and in person.
  • Record customer feedback and help resolve basic concerns.
  • Make reminder calls for service, follow-ups, and workshop events.
  • Support the CRM team with customer updates and daily tasks.
  • Maintain customer data and prepare simple MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure a smooth experience for customers.
  • Keep customers informed, satisfied, and help improve overall service ratings.
