Role OverviewJoin our dynamic team and engage with Australian clients! You’ll handle inbound & outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and ensure excellent service delivery.

What You’ll Do✅ Manage inbound & outbound calls

✅ Identify customer needs & provide solutions

✅ Escalate priority issues

✅ Maintain accurate call records

✅ Attend client briefings & training sessions

What We’re Looking For⭐ Minimum 1 year experience in a contact centre

⭐ Excellent English communication & negotiation skills

⭐ Strong multitasking & prioritization ability

⭐ Basic computer knowledge

⭐ Willingness to work in Australian time zone

Good to Have✨ Experience in debt collection or receivables management

✨ Team handling or decision-making experience
