Customer Relationship Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the store with professionalism and courtesy.
• Handle new activations, SIM replacements, bill payments, and plan upgrades.
• Explain Airtel products and services such as postpaid, prepaid, broadband, and DTH.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or offers.
• Achieve monthly sales and service targets set by the store manager.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely documentation.
• Support customer retention by providing excellent after-sales service.
• Coordinate with backend teams for number portability, billing, or network-related concerns.
• Maintain store hygiene, product display, and ensure smooth daily operations.
