Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Hindi Process

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Salary (CTC): ₹21,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Work Mode: Work from Office (Onsite)

Job Description:


We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Hindi Process) for a reputed financial services organization based in Kochi.


The role involves assisting customers in Hindi and English through calls and emails, resolving queries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound calls and emails in Hindi and English.
  • Assist customers with account, trading, and investment-related queries.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
  • Follow company policies, compliance, and service quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory) with minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and graduation.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Freshers can apply; experience in customer support or financial services preferred.
  • Good computer proficiency and analytical mindset.
  • Willingness to relocate to Kochi.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
