About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate for our international voice process. You will provide professional support to customers, ensure first-contact resolution, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer queries via voice.
• Resolve issues effectively and maintain proper documentation.
• Understand employee/customer requests quickly and provide solutions.
• Work in rotational day/night shifts from the office.
• Suggest process improvements and flag recurring issues.

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent English communication skills (Speaking – CEFR B2)
• Quick learner with problem-solving mindset
• Customer-focused attitude and ability to work independently
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and multi-channel communication

Work Schedule:

• 8-hour shift + 1-hour break, 5 or 6 days per week
