Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Pick up assigned shipments from the designated hub/warehouse.
- Deliver packages accurately to the customer’s doorstep within the specified timeline.
- Verify customer details and obtain delivery confirmation/signature if required.
- Ensure safe handling of packages to avoid damage.
- Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively during deliveries.
- Follow traffic rules and safety standards at all times.
- Report daily delivery status and escalate issues (like undelivered shipments, address mismatch, customer unavailability, etc.) to the team leader.
- Requirements:Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with valid registration and insurance.
- Must have a valid Driving License.
- Must own an Android smartphone for delivery app usage.
- Ability to use navigation apps (Google Maps, etc.) effectively.
- Basic communication skills (local language preferred).
- Physically fit and willing to work in the field.
- Responsible, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
