Key Responsibilities:

• Handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of broadband and fiber connections.
• Conduct network testing, signal checks, and fault rectification at customer premises or field sites.
• Support Network Operations (NOC) team in resolving connectivity and service issues.
• Ensure timely completion of customer installations and service requests.
• Maintain proper documentation for every job (installation reports, service tickets, etc.).
• Coordinate with backend teams and vendors for issue escalation and resolution.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure uptime and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with Airtel’s safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Provide technical assistance to customers during setup and usage.
• Achieve assigned KPIs such as service uptime, response time, and customer satisfaction.
