Job Description
Job Title: Field Debt Counsellor
Location: Kerala (Preferred: Ernakulam)
Responsibilities:
- Visit customers and follow up on outstanding payments
- Meet debtors and negotiate repayment plans
- Support recovery process as per company guidelines
Requirements:
- Must have personal vehicle (mandatory)
- Willing to travel within assigned area
- Speak Malayalam (mandatory) and basic English
- Field collection/recovery experience preferred
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
