Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive user acquisition, onboard parking partners, and build strong local business relationships across Kochi. This is a field-based, on-ground role suited for energetic, people-oriented candidates who enjoy meeting businesses and users directly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new users through on-ground activations and campaigns
  • Onboard parking locations such as commercial spaces, residential buildings, and private parking owners
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, communities, and partners
  • Educate partners and users about the Parké app and its benefits
  • Conduct demos and awareness campaigns in high-traffic areas
  • Track daily activities, sign-ups, and partner onboarding progress
  • Collect market feedback and share insights with the internal team

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Kochi locations, hotspots, and local business areas
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Comfortable with field work and outdoor activities
  • Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or business development is a plus (freshers can apply)

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to negotiate and close partnerships
  • Basic understanding of mobile apps and digital platforms
  • Problem-solving and customer-first attitude
