Field Sales Executive

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to expand our dealer network and B2B client base. You will be the face of our brand, visiting automobile businesses and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Dealer Management (B2B):

• Visit Car Accessory Shops, Used Car Showrooms, and Service Centers daily.
• Build relationships with shop owners and onboard them as our dealers/partners.
• Demonstrate our products (GPS, Dashcams) to dealers and explain the profit margin.

2. Corporate & Fleet Sales:

• Visit Transport Companies, Bus Operators, and Logistics firms to pitch GPS & Fastag solutions.
• Identify key decision-makers (Owners/Managers) and present our commercial proposals.

3. Telecalling & Lead Generation:

• Spend 1-2 hours daily on Telecalling to set up your own meetings for the next day.
• Follow up with "Warm Leads" to move them towards closing.

4. Deal Closing:

• Negotiate pricing, finalize contracts, and collect payments.
• Ensure the customer is satisfied with the installation coordination.

Requirements:

• Vehicle: Must have a Two-Wheeler and valid License (Mandatory).
• Experience: 0-2 years in Field Sales or Marketing (Automobile background is a plus).
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, ability to travel daily, and basic reporting.
• Language: Fluent in Malayalam. Basic English for communication.
