Field Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive to grow our retail business specializing in Fastag, GPS tracking systems, and vehicle camera fitments. You will be the face of the company, meeting fleet owners and transporters to provide safety and tracking solutions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesTelecalling & Follow-ups: Call potential leads (transporters and truck owners) to explain our services and schedule meetings.
• Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with people in the transportation and logistics industry.
• Field Visits: Perform direct site visits to transport hubs, yards, and offices to close sales and oversee fitment requirements.
• Market Strategy: Identify customer pain points (issues) and suggest marketing strategies to improve our service reach.
• Target Achievement: Ensure GPS and camera installations are completed by converting inquiries into successful fitments.
• RequirementsAssets: Must have a Two-Wheeler and a valid Driving License (for daily field visits).
• Skills: Strong convincing power, basic knowledge of vehicle electronics (GPS/Cameras), and a "never-give-up" attitude.

Experience: 1 year in field sales or the logistics industry is preferred.
