Job Summary

The Front Office Executive serves as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth check-in, stay, and check-out experience. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries and reservations, coordinating with other departments, and upholding the resort’s hospitality standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities Guest Relations. Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Provide detailed information about the resort’s facilities, services, and event offerings.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful demeanor at all times to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teams to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
  • Front Desk Operations Manage phone calls, emails, and online reservations efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, billing details, and payment processing through the property management system (PMS).
  • Prepare and update occupancy reports, guest lists, and daily activity logs.
  • Handle check-ins/check-outs in compliance with resort policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage room assignments, availability, and overbooking situations.
  • Administrative SupportAssist in maintaining front desk supplies and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Record and relay messages accurately to concerned departments or personnel.
  • Support the Sales and Events team by providing guest or client information when required.
  • Ensure the lobby and reception area remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in front office or guest services, preferably in a hotel, resort, or event centre.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
