Full-stack Developer

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Full Stack MERN Developer who can build scalable, high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the stack, from UI to backend APIs and databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack
• Build responsive and reusable UI components using React.js
• Develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
• Design and manage databases using MongoDB
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Implement authentication, authorisation, and role-based access
• Optimise applications for performance and scalability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend teams, and product managers
• Debug, test, and deploy applications

Required Skills

• FrontendStrong knowledge of React.js
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• State management (Redux / Context API)
• Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Backend

• Node.js and Express.js
• REST API development
• Authentication (JWT, OAuth, etc.)

Database

• MongoDB
• Schema design and query optimisation

Tools & OthersGit / GitHub

• Postman
• Basic understanding of deployment (AWS / Firebase / Vercel / VPS)
• Familiarity with Agile development practices

Good to Have

• Experience with Next.js
• Knowledge of Docker
• Basic DevOps understanding
• Experience in EdTech / SaaS products
• Firebase or cloud services exposure
