Job Description
- Identify and approach customers for gold loan products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Explain gold loan schemes, interest rates, and repayment options
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets
- Verify customer documents and assist in loan processing
- Coordinate with the branch and operations team for smooth loan disbursal
