Job Summary:

Airtel is hiring energetic and technically skilled HMT Engineers to join our telecom network maintenance team. The role involves installation, repair, and testing of fiber and telecom systems to ensure smooth network performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform HMT (Hybrid Maintenance & Testing) operations for network systems.

Install, inspect, and maintain telecom and fiber infrastructure.

Use tools such as Power Meter, OTDR, Cable Locator, and perform fiber splicing (using Fujikura, Swift, or Sumitomo machines).

Conduct regular testing and report field performance.

Support field teams to maintain seamless connectivity.

Ensure safety and standard operating procedures are followed during work.

Qualification & Skills:

Any Technical Diploma or 1-year certification course in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field.

Basic knowledge of telecom networks, fiber optics, and splicing equipment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to work in field operations and flexible shifts.
