We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the complete operations of a prestigious 4-star hotel in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all departments, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, maintaining high service standards, and driving operational excellence across the property.

Key Responsibilities


1. Overall Hotel Management


- Manage day-to-day hotel operations efficiently and professionally

- Ensure smooth coordination between all departments

- Maintain 4-star service standards and guest experience

- Monitor occupancy, revenue, and overall performance

2. Supervisory Role


- Supervise and guide departmental staff including front office, housekeeping, and service teams

- Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations

- Ensure discipline, teamwork, and productivity among employees

- Handle staff scheduling and duty allocation

3. Housekeeping Management


- Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of all rooms and public areas

- Ensure housekeeping staff follow proper procedures and quality standards

- Conduct regular inspections to maintain a high level of presentation

- Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and linen

4. Guest Relations & Customer Service


- Ensure a warm welcome and excellent service for all guests

- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally

- Maintain strong guest relationships and encourage repeat business

- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements

5. Financial & Operational Control


- Manage hotel budgets, expenses, and revenue targets

- Ensure cost control without compromising service quality

- Prepare reports on hotel performance and operations

- Coordinate with management for business growth strategies

6. Compliance & Safety


- Ensure adherence to hotel policies, safety standards, and legal regulations

- Maintain hygiene and safety protocols across the property

- Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with industry standards
