Job Description

  • Ensure timely collection and submission of daily work progress reports from Site In-Charges and Supervisors to the office and management.
  • Conduct regular visits to project sites, the factory, and field teams to monitor work progress, maintain discipline, and ensure operational compliance.
  • Conduct timely and efficient recruitment to ensure all departments and operational areas are adequately staffed as per ongoing requirements.
  • Monitor the daily attendance and in/out timings of all staff and workers at the office, factory, and project sites, ensuring these records are accurately submitted by site supervisors to the office and accounts team.
  • Verify that the accounts team prepares labour bills and salary statements based on the submitted attendance records, and ensure both departments are performing their duties correctly and without errors.
  • Evaluate the performance of all staff and laborers, recommend the removal of underperformers, appoint suitable replacements, and suggest bonuses or promotions for high-performing individuals.
  • Maintain and update ESI, PF, and other statutory compliance documents as required.
  • Prepare and manage separate documentation files for each work site and regularly update them with relevant records.
  • Manage and oversee all office-related documentation from the HR cabin at the head office.
  • Conduct mandatory weekly meetings, either physical or online, with all site, office, and factory staff to address issues, review progress, and provide instructions, ensuring no week is missed.
  • Routinely monitor and coordinate the work and documentation of the Accounts, Estimation, Purchase, Designing, and Engineering departments.
  • Ensure smooth communication and regular reporting from all departments to the management.
  • Periodically inspect factory operations, evaluate team efficiency, and assess overall productivity.
  • Report all key updates, performance observations, and documentation matters directly to the Managing Director (MD).
  • Approve salary advance requests and travel allowance claims for staff and workers after thorough monitoring and analysis.
  • Keep a dedicated file and maintain all company vehicle documents, ensuring timely renewal of items such as insurance, fitness certificates, emission tests, and other related papers before their expiry.
  • Maintain organized records of all existing rental agreements and documents for staff and labour accommodations used in project sites, factories, and offices, and arrange new accommodation facilities as per upcoming project and work requirements.


  • Ensure continuous monitoring of the operational activities and progress of the salon functioning under the company, and take necessary steps to improve performance and enhance overall sales.
