Human Resources Trainee

We are hiring an Female HR Trainee for a 3-month internship at our Thrikkakara (Kochi) office. This role is ideal for candidates who have completed or are pursuing HR-related studies and are looking for hands-on experience in core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee attendance records
• Assist with statutory compliance documentation
• Support senior HR team members in daily HR activities
• Maintain employee files and HR documentation
• Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory)
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to learn

Qualification:

• BBA (HR) / B.Com (HR) / MBA (HR)
• Any graduation with HR specialization
• Freshers are welcome
