One of the leading start category Hotel Group looking In-house sales associates for Cochin and Bangalore Region

Male or Female candidate with or without experience

Fluency in English is mandatory

salary as per the experience

Hotel management or travel desk experience will be an added advantage (Not mandatory)

Any degree or diploma with good English

Key Responsibilities:**

- Promote and sell the hotel loyalty program to guests and potential clients to drive enrollment and engagement.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests to enhance satisfaction and promote loyalty program benefits.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to strategize promotional campaigns and initiatives.

- Monitor program performance and provide insights for improvement and growth opportunities.

- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information on hotel services and loyalty program features.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
