Lead Generation Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated candidates to lead generation in sales to join our team. The role involves identifying potential clients, developing strong business relationships, and promoting our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the drive to achieve targets with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and generate leads through market research, networking.

2. Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and transparency.

3. Understand client requirements and present customized digital marketing solutions.

4. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.

5. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring client satisfaction.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

7. Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets in an ethical manner.

8. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare performance reports.

Qualifications & Skills

MBA / BBA / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge or keen interest in digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, PPC, etc.).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Hindi,Tamil and English is highly preferred.

Goal-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

What We Offer

Salary package: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.( Candidate should deliver One client in a month )
