Operation Executive

We are looking for an On-Plant Executive for the Kochi location with the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle onboarding and document collection of new joiners.

Manage offer letter issuance, salary slips, and related HR documentation.

Coordinate with the KAM to resolve any employee issues.

Prepare and maintain the MIS of joined candidates.

Ensure smooth employee support and coordination at the site.
