Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of Team Leads and Technicians involved in EV charger installation projects.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily operations to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of installation projects.
- Track project progress and prepare regular operational reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, compliance standards, and company policies at all job sites.
- Manage inventory, tools, and material flow required for installation activities.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements for efficiency and cost control.
- Support hiring, training, and performance evaluation of field staff.
- Handle on-site issues, escalations, and ensure timely resolution.
- Work closely with management to develop and implement operational strategies and best practices.
