Operations Associate

Pre-Disbursal:

1. Verify and validate loan documents, including property papers and customer KYC.

2. Conduct due diligence on property and customer creditworthiness.

3. Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and external vendors (e.g., lawyers, valuers) to gather required documents.

4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Disbursal:

1. Prepare and review loan disbursal documents, including loan agreements and security documents.

2. Coordinate with customers and sales teams to ensure timely disbursal of loans.

3. Verify and validate disbursal requests, including checking loan amounts and customer details.

Post-Disbursal:

1. Monitor and track loan repayment schedules and customer payments.

2. Identify and escalate potential delinquencies or defaults to the management.

3. Coordinate with customers and collection teams to resolve payment issues.

4. Update and maintain accurate records of loan accounts, including payment history and customer interactions.
