Job Summary:

The Personal Loan Executive is responsible for promoting and sourcing personal loan applications from individual customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving monthly sales targets. The role involves building relationships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring smooth loan processing in coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source potential customers for personal loans through field visits, references, and cold calling.

• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and process clearly to customers.

• Collect and verify customer documents as per policy and forward cases for credit assessment.

• Maintain strong follow-up with customers and internal departments to ensure timely loan disbursal.

• Achieve assigned sales and business targets on a monthly basis.

• Maintain relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

• Stay updated on competitors’ products, interest rates, and market trends.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and RBI guidelines.
