Job Description
We are hiring for an On-Role position at PhonePe – Premium Department (SSRKAM).
Role Includes:
EDC machine (POS/swiping machine) sales
Merchant onboarding
Loan products
Salary Structure:
Part A (Output-based):
Earn full-day salary by achieving 7–8 points daily
Part B (Input-based):
Minimum 10 tagged visits daily
2 LMS leads (Hot/Warm)
Monthly target: 225 points for full salary
Earning Potential:
Incentives up to ₹50,000/month
“My Sector My Wealth” bonus up to ₹25,000
Fixed Salary (Part A): ₹18,500 + Unlimited earning potential
