Location: CSEZ, Kakkanad, Kochi

Role Overview

The AR Team Lead will manage a team of 5–10 members focused on insurance follow-up and collections. This role requires strong knowledge of AR workflows, payer follow-up strategies, and the ability to achieve resolution and recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise AR follow-up team members to ensure timely claim resolution. 
• Review high-value or escalated claims and guide the resolution strategy.
• Train staff on payer communication and denial resolution techniques.
• Monitor AR aging reports and ensure targets are met.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve escalations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in medical billing with AR follow-up experience.
• Deep knowledge of AR processes, payer communications, and appeals.
• Proven leadership skills with small teams.
