Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to develop and grow the Kerala market for Benincà gate and door automation solutions. The role involves dealer management, business development, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage dealer network across Kerala
- Drive sales growth through channel partners and key projects
- Identify new dealers, installers, and business opportunities
- Support dealers with product knowledge, demos, and closures
- Track sales targets, collections, and market feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams on order processing and after-sales support
- Represent Benincà India in local market activities and exhibitions
Desired Profile
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in relevant industry
- Strong understanding of the Kerala market
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
