Job Description
Below listed the major key responsibilities of Relationship Manager, but not limited to,
- Welcoming the customer on-board and create a Member Profile.
- Understanding the member choice, expectations and identifying the uniqueness of the Member.
- Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating meeting between members and creating success stories.
- Maintaining good rapport with the member; providing the right ‘Assisted’ experience and delivering quality service.
- Managing a set customer portfolio with robust follow up
