Relationship Manager

  Below listed the major key responsibilities of Relationship Manager, but not limited to,

• Welcoming the customer on-board and create a Member Profile. 
• Understanding the member choice, expectations and identifying the uniqueness of the Member.
• Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating meeting between members and creating success stories.
• Maintaining good rapport with the member; providing the right ‘Assisted’ experience and delivering quality service.
• Managing a set customer portfolio with robust follow up

• Good command over English language, fluency in the regional language (Odiya) proactiveness, listening skills, service orientation.
• Punctuality & Presentation skills
• High Emotional quotient, Persuasion Skills
• Ability to read/interact to understand the client requirements
