Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Jawa & Honda Showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, explaining vehicle features, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers visiting the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements.
• Explain features, specifications, pricing, and benefits of Jawa and Honda two-wheelers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test ride coordination.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Maintain customer database and follow up with potential leads.
• Assist customers with loan, insurance, and documentation process.
• Ensure proper display and cleanliness of vehicles in the showroom.
• Keep updated knowledge about latest models, offers, and promotions.
• Build strong customer relationships for repeat sales and referrals.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of two-wheelers and automobile industry
• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
• TWO WHEELER LICENSE IS MANDATORY.

Qualification

• Minimum Plus Two / Any Degree / Diploma
• Sales experience preferred but not mandatory
