Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Attend walk-in customers and explain Mahindra vehicle features and benefits
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable models
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion ratios
- Conduct test drives and follow up with prospective customers
- Maintain accurate customer data and sales records
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and showroom discipline
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Any graduate / Diploma (preferred)
- 0 to 3 years of experience in automobile or retail sales
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Passion for sales and customer interaction
