Job Description
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Construction/Interior/
Exterior or any other related field
Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, handle emails and mail, and relay messages.
Administrative Tasks: Manage appointments, reservations, and schedules; maintain files and records; and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
Office Operations: Ensure a clean and organized front office area; order supplies; and provide general support to other departments.
Collaboration: Work with other teams and departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Promote products and services to clients and negotiate
