Experience:

Freshers with a strong local network can apply

Minimum 1 year of experience in any domain sales (with current company preferred)

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month (In-hand) + Attractive Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruit high-quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure they acquire the required license to achieve sales targets.

Motivate advisors to achieve targets and drive overall team performance.

Provide on-the-job training, monitor performance, and support career growth of advisors.

Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Ensure policy persistency and overall profitability of the advisor team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate (mandatory).

Age: 22 – 35 years.

Resident of the hiring city for at least 5+ years.

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Strong communication and networking skills.
