Position : Senior Customer service Executive
Salary package: 18,000 to 24,000 per month
Working Hours: 11:00 AM TO 8:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Experience : 3 to 5 years
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as senior customer service executive .This offers a
great opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced business environment, develop client communication
skills, and gain hands-on experience in sales and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact potential clients via phone and introduce them to our company’s services and
maintenance solutions.
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate service information to generate interest.
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to convert them into potential
clients.
• Build and maintain a database of leads and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly and contribute to business growth.
Training:
• A 1-week training session will be provided to selected candidates to help them understand our
services, communication process, and sales approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or databases.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable product/service solutions.
• Explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly to generate interest.
• Maintain and update CRM records of calls, leads, and conversions.
• Follow up with leads regularly to close sales.
• Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or BDE roles (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Malayalam .
• Ability to handle objections and close deals over the call.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Minimum age requirement: 24years and above
• Minimum 3 year 5 years of relevant experience in sales is required.
