Senior Sales Engineer

Prime Power Systems is looking for a Field Sales Engineer to develop and manage industrial customers across Kerala. The role involves field sales, customer visits, technical discussions, lead conversion, and coordination with the service team for industrial solutions such as oil filtration systems, vacuum dehydrators, plate heat exchangers, and hydraulic equipment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new industrial customers in Kerala
• Visit factories, plants, and project sites for sales opportunities
• Understand customer applications and propose suitable technical solutions
• Prepare quotations and follow up for order closure
• Coordinate with service and engineering teams for demonstrations and trials
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure repeat business
• Report sales activities and market feedback to management
• RequirementsDiploma / BE in Mechanical or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in field sales / industrial B2B sales
• Basic understanding of hydraulics, lubrication systems, or industrial equipment
• Willingness to travel extensively within Kerala
• Good communication skills (Malayalam & English preferred)
• PreferredExperience in selling industrial equipment, spares, or services
• Existing contacts in factories, process industries, or maintenance departments
