Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & SupervisionOversee complete site execution for interior, civil, and construction projects as per drawings and specifications.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and labor workforce effectively.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and approved materials.
- Resolve technical issues and provide on-site engineering solutions promptly.
- Project Planning & CoordinationPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and clients.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with procurement for timely availability.
- Conduct regular site meetings, progress reviews, and planning sessions.
- Quality, Safety & ComplianceImplement and maintain quality control protocols throughout project execution.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure all workers follow HSE guidelines.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and quality checks as per project requirements.
- Measurements & DocumentationTake accurate site measurements, verify quantities, and certify work done.
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPRs), quality checklists, and site documentation.
- Verify subcontractor bills and support billing team with RA bill data.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-MakingIdentify project delays, risks, and escalate issues to management promptly.
- Suggest improvements in methodology, sequence, and site workflow.
- Qualifications & SkillsDiploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- 5–12+ years of experience in interior fit-out / civil construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of execution methods, materials, BOQs, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in reading drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred).
- Good leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and deliver under tight timelines.
