We are seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable waitstaff to join our team . As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, taking orders, and serving our delicious ice cream treats in a warm and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and accurately record customer orders, including ice cream flavors, toppings, and special requests.
• Serve ice cream and other menu items to customers promptly and with care.
• Ensure a clean and organized dining area, including wiping tables and maintaining a pleasant atmosphere.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding menu items, ingredients, and allergen information.
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers and co-workers.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
• Assist with closing duties, including cleaning, organizing, and preparing for the next day.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• A passion for ice cream and providing excellent service.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
