Showroom Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a sharp, persuasive, and customer-obsessed Showroom Sales Executive. You will be the first point of contact for every walk-in customer. Your goal is to provide a premium "floor experience," guiding customers from their initial curiosity to the final "Key Handover" ceremony.

Key Responsibilities

• Showroom Hospitality: Proactively greet walk-in customers and provide a professional walkthrough of the display vehicles.
• The "Perfect Pitch": Conduct detailed product demonstrations, highlighting USP (Unique Selling Propositions) like mileage, engine power, safety features, and smart-connectivity.
• Test Ride Facilitation: Manage the test ride fleet, ensuring vehicles are clean and fueled, and accompany customers to address queries during the ride.
• Financing & Exchange: Coordinate with in-house bankers and exchange evaluators to provide the best EMI schemes and old-vehicle valuation to the customer.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the display bikes are dust-free, correctly positioned, and that all branding/price tags are updated daily.
• Target Achievement: Convert inquiries into bookings and maintain a healthy "Retail-to-Enquiry" ratio.
• CRM Hygiene: Diligently update the Lead Management System (LMS) with follow-up dates and customer remarks.

Requirement

• Graduate/HSC with a flair for retail sales.
• Experience1–4 years in an Automobile/Automotive Showroom (Honda experience is a plus).
• GroomingMust maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance.

Skills

• Strong negotiation, active listening, and objection-handling skills.
• LicensingValid Two-Wheeler Driving License is mandatory.
