Site Supervisor

Ensure implementation of fire & safety standards at site

Conduct daily site safety inspections and hazard identification

Enforce mandatory use of PPE by all workers

Supervise installation of fire alarm, sprinkler, hydrant & suppression systems

Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications

Coordinate with engineers, consultants and project managers

Maintain daily safety reports and inspection checklists

Record incidents, near misses and corrective actions

Conduct regular toolbox talks and safety briefings

Train workers on fire prevention and emergency procedures

Organize and monitor mock fire drills

Act as first responder during emergencies

Ensure availability and proper placement of fire extinguishers

Attend safety meetings with client and management

Ensure compliance with NBC and local fire department regulations

Verify validity of worker safety certifications

Monitor housekeeping and safe material storage at site

Ensure proper signage and emergency exit access

Support project progress while maintaining zero accident target
